With a strong background in customer service, public relations, and community outreach, Neethu excels in problem-solving and guiding customers to maximize the efficiency of their digital tools. Drawing from firsthand experience in local government, she understands the challenges municipal employees face and works to simplify web management through tailored solutions. Neethu is passionate about continuous learning and helping communities thrive. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Houston.
