Justin is an innovative solutions specialist with over 20 years of leading experience in the technology industry. Over the last eleven years at CivicPlus, Justin has served as a sales manager delivering solutions to our customers across dozens of products, a manager of our Solution Engineering team helping our sales teams deliver the best solutions for our customers, and now leads the Drupal Migration Project. He brings deep experience regarding our Municipal Website solutions to our local government customers.

CivicPlus® Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer II, Kaitlin consults with existing and prospective CivicPlus partners to evaluate their technical needs and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the resident and staff experience. Before joining CivicPlus, Kaitlin worked in local government as a Marketing and Communications Director, Public Information Officer, Webmaster, and more. She’s led multiple website implementations and redesign projects for Drupal-based web systems and CivicPlus’ proprietary CMS, Central. She loves using her mix of technical and practical experience to help organizations of every size find unique solutions to meet their needs.
