CivicPlus® Implementation Consultant Mike Jacoby works with our Municipal Websites Central solution. With over 25 years of experience as a training and SaaS specialist, Mike is dedicated to ensuring top-tier training and consulting standards are met consistently. He describes himself as an educator at heart and collaborates with various departments within our customers’ agency to ensure a smooth and successful transition to their new websites. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Lamar University.
